The master development plan consists of the following components: removal of 218 residential units in 20 buildings ; demolition of ten buildings with approximately 39,000 square feet of area, eight buildings currently owned by Fuller would be removed ; acquisition and removal of seven properties including five residential properties (26 units) ; construction of 857 student-housing units ; construction of 345,000 square feet of new academic facilities in addition to the existing 240,599 square feet of academic space ; construction of approximately 22,400 square feet of retail space in mixed-use buildings ; construction of a multiple-story-500-space parking garage ; provision of 1,643 parking spaces on campus ; vacation of Oakland Avenue north of Walnut Street and replacement of open/green space."--Exec.
