"Un criminal sicópata es perseguido por la policia en una metrópolis latinoaméricana al final del milenio. El encuentra refugio en la casa de una mujer quien recientemente fue abandonada por su amante, un politico inescrupuloso. A pesar de ser antagónicos, la violencia y el abadono los une. "At the end of the millennium, a psychopath and murderer is chased by the police of a major Latin metropolis. He finds refuge in the house of a woman who has just been adandoned by her lover, an unscrupulous politician. Something starts to develop between these two, who should be antagonistic towards each other. However, a bond of violence and abandonment unite them.
