| Summary |
Sandy and his loyal dolphin friend return to rescue a family in the Bahamas in Flipper's New Adventure. Sandy (Luke Halpin) takes a skiff loaded with supplies out to sea, but he collapses from exhaustion before reaching his destination and is saved when Flipper tows his boat to shore. Sandy sets up camp in a hidden underwater cave, but his solitude is short-lived: The Hopewell family--Sir Halsey , his wife Julia, and daughter Gwen--are set ashore by a trio of escaping convicts. Sandy rescues the Hopewells, and he and Flipper help capture the criminals. But Flipper is wounded by a knife and must be rushed to the Seaquarium as the life of the heroic dolphin hangs in the balance. |
