Summary Explores New York City at night to look at what really happens during the late night hours into the wee hours of the morning. Features the book "Animal cafe" by John Stadler where Maxwell finds that the food on his shop shelves has vansihed overnight and his cash register is stuffed with money. This makes him wonder what really happens during the middle of the night. LeVar takes us to into Bracken Cave, Texas, with Dr. Merlin Tuttle, to explain all about bats. Review books are "The moon" by Robert Louis Stevenson, "The dream eater" by Christian Garrison, and "Night markets: bringing food to a city" by Joshua Horwitz.
